Marketing & Social Media Manager

As we continue to grow our flagship presence and expand brand awareness nationwide, we're seeking a creative and analytically driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead the charge. This full-time role will be responsible for elevating our digital presence, planning and executing compelling content, and driving engagement across all marketing channels. You’ll be the voice, vision, and strategy behind Alyssa Kristin’s online identity—translating our core values into scroll-stopping stories.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the Strategy: Own and execute comprehensive social media and marketing strategies that align with brand goals, launch calendars, and sales targets.
  • Create Compelling Content: Plan, produce, and publish elevated content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Blog, Email Marketing and other platforms—showcasing our designs, behind-the-scenes stories, client testimonials, and showroom moments.
  • Manage All Social Platforms: Oversee daily activity, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages to ensure a high-touch brand presence. Maintain a consistent voice and aesthetic that reflects Alyssa Kristin’s elevated identity.
  • Drive Digital Growth: Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and audience insights to continually refine strategies, increase engagement, and grow the community of brand advocates and brides-to-be.
  • Coordinate Marketing Campaigns: Manage seasonal campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the internal team, ensuring brand consistency across email, social, website, and partnerships.
  • Support In-Person Efforts: Work on-site at the Chicago atelier to capture real-time content, support local events, and collaborate directly with the design and sales team.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with the design, sales, and production teams to ensure marketing efforts are synchronized with product availability and brand storytelling.

  • A strategic storyteller and visually driven creator—you see content as both an art and a science.
  • Deeply intuitive about brand identity, aesthetics, and luxury positioning. You know how to elevate and refine, not just post and repeat.
  • Naturally organized and deadline-driven. You can juggle multiple projects and platforms without sacrificing quality or consistency.
  • You’re as passionate about the numbers as you are the visuals—constantly reviewing performance metrics to inform creative decisions and drive results.
  • A clear communicator and confident decision-maker—comfortable leading planning meetings, managing timelines, and adjusting strategies based on data.
  • 3–4 years of social media or marketing experience in fashion, bridal, lifestyle, or luxury preferred.
  • Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), social media scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
