As we continue to expand our global presence, we’re seeking a driven and detail-obsessed Sales Representative to join our corporate team in Chicago. This role will act as a key brand ambassador to oversee our 70+ domestic and international retail partners, drive strategic growth at our flagship atelier, and cultivate meaningful partnerships across our retail network. This is your moment to represent a brand with purpose, presence, and poise.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Account Relationships: Build high-touch relationships with bridal boutiques worldwide. Offer strategic guidance and tailored service.
  • Fuel Sales & Hit Targets: Analyze sales data and craft tailored strategies to boost performance across retail channels.
  • Drive Sales Across Channels: Train, support, and equip retailers to increase conversions. Target and sign new accounts.
  • Flagship Customer & Sales Growth: Support growth at our Chicago atelier via outreach, clienteling, and team development.
  • Stay Sharp, Move Fast: Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with multiple timelines.
  • Align with Internal Teams: Collaborate with production, marketing, and merchandising to ensure brand alignment.
  • Travel with Purpose: Visit domestic accounts to connect, train, and observe—ensuring partners feel supported.
  • Lead With Service: Deliver white-glove support with polish and urgency.

  • 3–5 years in sales, wholesale, or account management in fashion, bridal, or luxury.
