Production Assistant

About the Role

Alyssa Kristin is a modern bridal house rooted in elegant intentional design, elevated minimalism, and American craftsmanship. We create gowns for women who move with confidence - uncompromising, intuitive, and refined.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our atelier operations. This part-time role will be responsible for ensuring gowns meet the highest standards, keeping production moving efficiently, and maintaining organization across the studio.

What You’ll Do

  • Support quality control and production to ensure every gown meets AK’s high standards
  • Assist with pattern and fabric cutting to keep the production process on track
  • Handle order fulfillment, preparing gowns for shipping or pick-ups
  • Maintain inventory management to ensure supplies are organized and stocked
  • Oversee studio upkeep, keeping the atelier clean and organized

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with an eye for precision
  • A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
  • A strong team player, able to communicate effectively
  • Local to Chicago, with consistent availability on Thursday and flexible availability on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays
  • Experience in production, inventory, or quality control is helpful, but not required
  • Bonus: Fluent in both English and Spanish
