Refund policy

SHIPPING
All orders ship via UPS ground from Chicago, IL. Orders over $200 ship for free and orders over $750 require a signature. In stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and federal holidays. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All items not marked as final sale are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be new, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging (including the hanger, garment bag, and original box or an appropriately sized box). Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the return label. 

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once the returned item is received by the Alyssa Kristin team and successfully passes through Quality Control. Please note that a $25 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Rush production fees and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. To ensure eligibility for a refund, please take care when trying on garments to avoid the transfer of makeup, deodorant, etc., and ensure the item is repackaged carefully to arrive in pristine condition. Once the return has been accepted, please allow 7-10 business days for refund to be processed.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS
We take great pride in the quality of our hand crafted garments and each item undergoes an in-depth quality control process. If you believe your item was damaged in transit or is defective, please email us at support@alyssakristin.com with detailed photos explaining the issue within 48 hours of delivery and keep the original shipping box. Products will be deemed defective at the discretion of the Alyssa Kristin Quality Control team.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. In order to receive a new size, you will need to place a new order.
